Report 2 HR does not send your report to your employer, review or verify it, investigate it, or file a complaint with any agency. Generating a document does not notify anyone.
Agencies and courts set their own deadlines. They can be short, and they differ by agency and type of claim. Writing or downloading a report does not stop or extend them. Check the agency’s website or ask an attorney promptly.
No guarantee of anonymity, protection or outcome
We can’t promise that a document without your name will keep you anonymous, that your employer will respond, that you will be protected from retaliation, or any particular result.
